RISBO CARS shall not be held liable for any incorrect installations, performance issues, mechanical failures, or any direct or indirect damages caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from our webshop. We strongly recommend consulting with a certified automotive professional or mechanic prior to purchasing and installing any car parts, especially when dealing with critical systems such as brakes, suspension, electronics, or engine components.

RISBO CARS complies with all applicable Croatian and EU consumer protection laws. In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, we offer a return and refund policy valid for 7 calendar days from the date the customer receives the item.

To qualify for a return or refund:

• The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt

• It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• The original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided

• Customers must follow the return procedure outlined in our official Return Policy
